Anatomy of Taiji Quan. Part III: Measure is part of a series of educational films aimed at mastering the basic principles of the art of taiji quan: “Tuning”, “Synchronization”, “Measure” and “Geometry”.

- the measure of movement;
- the measure of content;
- controlling inertia in movement;
- fundamentals of building the measure for effort in movement;
- revealing the measure for the effort in the lower back;
- synchronization of the left and right parts of the body, tying the movement to the axis;
- accumulation of force by controlling the Yin- and Yang-movement;
- examining the axis as a prerequisite for achieving synchronization in movement.
In order to be able to perform this set of exercises, it is recommended that you first familiarize yourself with the first two films “Tuning” and “Synchronization” that present in detail the basic principles of attunement and synchronization of mind, energy and body, both at rest and in movement.
