Bagua-zhang Alchemy

Harmony above all.
The body axis is the physical prerequisite for harmonizing our energy and acquiring the conditions for all our bodily systems to exist in symmetry. Without the axis, the internal practice cannot be carried out in all eight rotation angles.
The axis is a physical concept, not an imaginary one. Once we have built this axis, the energy gets regulated within us, we maintain balance between the different types of energy, and we can rely on our abilities and comprehend them. And this comprehension helps us nurture them.
To achieve development, we must learn how to increase our strength, and this is impossible without the axis. Most importantly, without the axis, we have no true reference point, and are forced to come up with intermediate models and schemes, which are inevitably temporary.

This practice is focused on the articulation of the four directions and the harmonization of the five elements – we will use the Water element to bring the Earth in harmony; use the Earth to bring the Fire in harmony; use the Fire to bring the Metal in harmony; use the Metal to bring the Wood in harmony; and use the Wood to bring the Earth in harmony.

The twelve tones of harmony
Harmony forms the sound, and the body forms the measure, which turns into the ultimate ritual of existence, creating a certain form of expression of harmony. Yin and Yang are the prerequisites for expressing this harmony, and when the harmony finds expression in you, this is Tao. Harmony must become our home, just like it exists in the twelve mythical animals and is expressed in the twelve tones.

Bagua-zhang fan form
Using bagua-zhang fan form to achieve synchronisation is important not only for building a cantered movement, it is also a special alchemical process that can help us to transform our internal and external energy. The bagua-zhang fan form was created in the Liang style. It uses a rotating axis and forms a different understanding of movement, where we find external support in the fan.

- All applications are subject to approval. Please send us your applicationsvia the website.
- This program is part of the events qualified as level 2 or higher, which test the intention and impose special requirementsupon the participant. Once participation approval has been granted, participants have a week to confirm their registration. All participants who have not met this deadline will be deprived of the right to attend events qualified as level 2 or higher for a period of three years.
- NOTE: participants in all classes must wear integral clothing.
