Śakti Yoga
Śakti (Shakti) is the all-generating force. It is the most important alchemical principle of creation and a necessary condition for practical development that characterizes the processes involved in the place of the generative power, the hara.
Śakti yoga is the fundamental practical basis that facilitates the regulation of nature and realizes a deeper possibility of generating energy. All levels of alchemy must rely on the principle of Śakti yoga to influence the physical, energetic and mental states of the body.
Śakti yoga is an effective way to learn the laws of functioning of energy processes in the zone below the abdomen, whose activity in women is associated with the uterus. In various traditions, this zone has different names, and in the international tradition of describing subtle anatomy it is often called hara from Japanese “hara”, 腹 literally “belly” (not to be confused with the Sanskrit “hara”, हर, a term meaning “destruction” or “elimination”). This center is the energy plexus that provides the nourishment of the organs and the brain, which is an important energy source for the whole body and the mind.
In addition, Śakti yoga is a manifestation of the inner principle of lingam and yoni, where the uterus is seen as a womb, a receptacle, a bosom, which includes all 12 possible principles of energy development. Of these, 6 relate to temporal and 6 to timeless indicators. All of them, to varying degrees, possess the inner effort of absorption, of gathering, and are capable of representing the nature of Śakti with all its infinity, accepted as merging with the supreme force.
Śakti yoga is the reality that enables perfection. To a certain extent, Śakti yoga is a three-level crucible in which different levels of energy work can exist.
