Practical experience — since 1995

It is possible to imagine any person’s life as a kind of timeline of dates and events. This would be somewhat exhaustive, but at the same time, not very meaningful. “Born, studied, married, worked…” – Nowadays the structure of the classical characteristic has overgrown with new clichés: I have traveled to so many countries, studied with so many masters, received so many diplomas and certificates… Titles, medals, statuses, ranks…

The life of Runna (Olga Stepina) was formed in such a way that all the intensity of her living was concentrated in the inner emotional and mental field. She has one main teacher throughout her life and a methodology that over the years of her own practice and conducting group sessions has proven its consistency in matters of human change and development.

Runna started practicing in 1995. And that means she has been doing self-development for over half her life. With fairly standard initial conditioning, she has always been distinguished by her belief that the world is a place where anything is possible. Even as a child, she always protested when she was told: you shouldn’t do that, here are the limits, this is the way things are, you can’t jump higher than the ceiling…

The belief that there was some “bifurcation point” lives on in her to this day. No matter what the plans of fate are, as long as one has a strong consciousness and is attuned to the vibration that is most valuable to them, they can move steadily forward in their evolution. Her personal experience, the path she has traveled and the knowledge she has gained are testimony to just that.

While studying three foreign languages at university, she also became aware of the existence of different ways of thinking, different views of the world, which taught her to look at everything from different sides, to doubt that there is one right answer, and to look for possibilities. Studying teaching methodology and later working at the university taught her how each student is unique and how different the ways of transmitting knowledge are.

Thanks to her innate drive to systematize and organize, Runna keeps alive the knowledge and practices she acquired in 1995, in 2003, and in 2018… Analyzing them helps her see in perspective how the universe is changing and what the current tasks and needs in practice are.

It can be said that Runna walks on her life path not due to her desire to look ahead or ambition to be better, nor striving to master certain superpowers, but due to the need to study as deeply as possible the possibilities of her own body, energy and consciousness. For her, the most important question in everything is “Why?” When one delves in this direction, one can also find answers to the questions “How?” and “For what purpose?”.

Runna’s attitude towards life is motivated by the need to see it in all its complexity in contrast to the values of carefree existence that have become so popular today. Ritual, hierarchy, structure, simplicity and the power of energy are valuable to her. But since she was not born with these herself, she had to learn everything from the ground up.

Runna believes that if she puts aside for a while the thought of how much more she has to do, it can be said that at this point her story demonstrates in practice how destiny is being reframed, how the course of the biological clock is changing and how the inner density of consciousness is being amplified.

Her teaching experience since 1998 has taught her to see the possibilities of people seeking knowledge and getting involved. “It is important for me to keep a field in which I can breathe and develop – both myself and the people around me,” says Runna.

In her years of development at the INBI Centre, Runna has been fortunate to work, translate and practice with many masters: “Each of them has shown me a qualitatively new dimension of life, their unique world view. This is probably the most precious baggage the universe has given me so far, because it demonstrates the limitless possibilities of constantly expanding one’s boundaries and demands on oneself.”
