Practical experience — since 1998

Gu Yang (Gulnara Khaliullina) is the master of the project The Perfect One, level “White Rose”. She has 15 years of teaching experience. Specialization – Taoist alchemy. She received the Taoist name Gu Yan.

Since her childhood, Gulnara has been fascinated by everything related to the natural world. This fascination led to an education in biology and to the formation of a strong materialistic worldview, where all events and phenomena of life are explained by the laws of the natural sciences. “That which could not be perceived directly – to be seen, to be measured – simply did not exist for me. The world was explicable and rational,” Gu Yang recalls.

The turning point came with a book describing experiments on the transmission of information between plants – how plants can signal to each other the pain that was caused to them: ‘The book had succeeded in explaining the intangible existence in a visual way, and I had also accumulated questions that had not been answered by the world of the natural scientific laws… All this helped me discover the fine, invisible world in which causes and effects can be intangible, but no less effective,’ she says.

That was in 1998 when Gulnara was introduced to the INBI Center branch in the Nizhny Novgorod region: “I didn’t understand much from the first classes. But I remember well that I was “hooked” – there was a significant difference between “before” and “after” the class. There was a difference in everything – the sensation of my body, feelings, and thoughts. And there was something that literally struck me: after the class, I had a different perspective of the same event. And that meant that the world is not as one-sided as I thought it was before.

After that, there was a 10-year period of group classes, teaching, and development of the branch in Nizhny Novgorod. In 2009, Gulnara was invited to the INBI Center in Moscow, where she is currently the director.

“Now I realize that my main interest in life is to understand the true nature of phenomena and events,” says Gu Yang, “The world is not as it appears on the surface. Practice helps us penetrate the underlying patterns that are the foundation of everything. Then you begin to understand the essence of things.”

To the question of what practice can give to an inexperienced person, the master replies: “Practice gives us the opportunity to choose. A choice between ourselves as the given conditions of birth and upbringing, and ourselves as the result of our own efforts. The opportunity to develop is the most valuable thing we have. It would be a pity to miss such an opportunity!”
