Nutri-Q is the Nutritional System of the Future, also called Nutrition yoga. In this high-vibration nutrition system food is considered in relation to the quality of the energy processes the intake of this food triggers in the human body.

High frequency food differs from the food we are used to, in its energy frequency. This frequency is generated by the energetic, mineral or crystalline elements in this food. The presence of these elements is associated with the place of origin of the product – usually zones with special energy conditions (for example, high mountains) or areas with a high content of minerals. This leads to a high concentration of active substances within a particular plant or mineral, which determines the level of energy frequency. Due to the concentration of active substances, high-vibration food has a special molecular structure.
