Caihong Shaonü (彩虹少女, The Rainbow Maiden), or Galinka Bekchieva, is a follower of The Way of the Pure Maiden school. It can be said of her equally that she follows the Dao, and that the Dao follows her. In today’s world, when the principles and values of development are diluted, Caihong Shaonü upholds and preserves the alchemical traditions and serves as a true example not only for women practitioners but for men as well.
Galinka – born on 11 October 1979, is married and a happy mother of a girl and a boy and has worked in finance and financial mathematics for many years. She began to explore her inner nature more deeply, following the method of INBI World as a path for her personal development. She is particularly interested in studying and following the principles of Daoist alchemy.
Her first encounter with Daoist practices and the alchemist Jie Kong was in 2007 when she was 7 months pregnant with her daughter. She says that she felt a strong resonance with the ideology and practices presented from the very first seminar and she has not stopped working on herself ever since. Not only on her own but also by regularly attending courses, international seminars, camps, and exploration tours organized by INBI World in China, Peru, Argentina, and Guatemala.
During her second pregnancy with her son in 2012, Caihong Shaonü felt the need to turn more towards exploring her feminine essence.
Working more specifically in this direction, she understood that the responsibility for women’s inner balance and harmonious state lies with themselves. When she naturally reached the point where she was working on herself daily, nourishing the needs of both her physical body, her energetic body, and her mind, she observed how her well-being benefited both her family and those around her. “In order for a woman to develop, it is important that she wisely keeps the balance between her family, her work responsibilities, and her personal interests in cultivation.”- this is Caihong Shaonü’s profound belief.
Since 2018, she has been invited and started leading regular classes and workshops in Daoist Yoga and Daoist Alchemy for women through the DaoWoman Project “The Way of the Pure Maiden”.
Caihong Shaonü describes herself as soft, subtle, and fragile, but at the same time, she feels stable inner support and strength that allow her to follow her intentions with responsibility, perseverance, will, and attitude.
Over the years, she has placed increasingly higher demands on herself, identifying that one of her greatest challenges is to maintain a proper approach to communicating with people while maintaining harmonious relationships.
Galinka loves to get creative in the kitchen every day and to prepare food with love and respect that will nourish not only the physical body. She has been passionate about aromas for years and loves to experiment with the use of essential oils in her daily life.
The basic principles that Caihong Shaonü relies on are:
- “Achieve a naturality in the effort of your actions”. (Jie Kong)
- “Unity in words, thoughts and actions”. (Chen Xiaowang)
- “The foundation of all wisdom is patience.” (Plato)
