Recordings of the online workshop with Oleg Cherne

Today we are experiencing a shift towards an increased pace of everyday life that has subsequently created many distractions for the mind. Traditional approaches to human development, such as spiritual teachers and religious traditions, have ceased to be sources of knowledge.

As a result, there is no one way but many. But how not to get lost in a sea of choices? It is important to have a systematic, methodical approach. Because when we know where we are going and what are the steps that we need to take help us to fulfill tasks on this path helps us to keep the direction. The method is a matrix to have orientation for personal development in the modern age.

During the online workshop “The Art of Learning Method”, we presented the idea of the method as a means of structuring and organizing the development pathway.

The basis of the method is the art of concentration that helps us develop and increase mental focus and concentration.

The systematic approach allows you to structure the knowledge needed for the mastery of the path, allows you to control your “I”, your ego. The method of development is especially important today when people have lost the sense of rhythm and connection with the inner self.

At this point, distractions have replaced balanced and conscious decisions. It prompted us to be more reactive than thinking twice about our thoughts and actions. Reactive mindset does not allow us to at least think about what we are reacting to.

These days, the flow of information has replaced knowledge and altered the learning process. We are moving toward an uncontrollable consumption of information and we believe it is true knowledge. In reality it takes time and effort to gain knowledge.

The method we propose is an attempt to provide a structured and clearly orientated path for personal development. Some important aspects of the method its structure and direction, is that the development of the mental power is essential for further progression.

A concentrated mind helps you understand the tasks for further personal development. By being aware of what we are doing, it is possible not only to be a seeker but also to realize important stages of the development process – filling, harmonization, proportion, and rhythm.
